I’ve gotten such great feedback from my post yesterday on how to cook rice like a Persian. (Cook it like pasta!) A few of you have sent requests for a video for more of a visual lesson. STEP ONE: Rinse rice until the water runs clear (try to use basmati from India, nothing generic from the grocery store) and get your salty water boiling.
