Wines of Israel Dinner at Dagon to Benefit World Central Kitchen
On March 24, 2022, the upper west side restaurant Dagon —one of my faves — will forgo its regular menu to serve a five-course family-style dinner prepared by Chef/partner Ari Bokovza featuring Jerusalem-inspired food paired with Israeli wines curated by sommelier Aviram Turgeman.
The dinner is not only a celebration of the restaurants one-year anniversary but a benefit for World Central Kitchen; Dagon is donating a percentage of sales from this dinner to World Central Kitchen to aid in their humanitarian efforts.
The cost of the dinner is $98 per person (excluding tax and gratuity.) Reservations can be made through the restaurant’s website. Dagon is located at 2454 Broadway (91 Street) NYC, 212-873-2466 dagonnyc.com.
In addition to the wines listed, others from the best wineries of Israel will be poured throughout the night.
