I’ve got a cold so I’m not feeling all that great, but I had to let you know about a few Swedish Pop Ups serving Semla, the traditional pastry served leading up to Semmeldagen (Fat Tuesday). It's a cardamom brioche bun, filled with an almond paste mixture, and topped with a pillow of whipped cream. You need this! I need this. We all need this! Read it and eat!
