How’s everyone doing this first week back to school? While it’s early yet, I’d say things are pretty good here – Eiji is loving performing arts high school and all his gay teachers, and Sam is excited to walk to and from school on his own (though I don’t want to ever stop walking to school with him.) There have been nerves and tears but you know that’s part of the drill.

I saw Leslie Odom, Jr. in Purlie Victorious last night in previews at The Music Box Theater and I just LOVED it. It was hilarious and chilling. All the feels.
