Folk Opens in Park Slope
Park Slope, sort of a sleepy restaurant neighborhood, may just become a dining powerhouse. New openings are shifting the landscape — the viral tortillas and Chihuahua-style burritos selling out daily at Vato, and lines longer than Lucali at top-notch pizza from Il Leone, not to mention Sawa for Lebanese which is a gem. Now comes Folk, a high end cocktail bar with an elevated menu from Michelin Bibb Gourmand chef Jay Kumar of neighborhood favorite Lore.
